Refund Policy for Aryza Social
STANDARD REFUND POLICY
Aryza Social offers refunds in the form of program credit only. Refund requests can be made within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the request. Refund requests made without prior contact will not be accepted.
Participants must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:
- No modules or lessons have been completed.
- Access to any downloadable content has not been used.
- No participation in live coaching calls or community forums.
The participant is responsible for ensuring that their request meets these requirements. We are not responsible for refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
Once your refund is approved, you will receive program credit equal to the amount paid, including taxes. This credit can be applied to future programs or services within Aryza Social. Original payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Refund requests made after 14 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the program materials have been accessed or used.
FINAL SALE
All sales of digital products, one-on-one coaching sessions, and mentorship calls are final. These items cannot be refunded or exchanged for program credit.
We do not offer price adjustments for programs purchased before the start of a promotion or discounts.
